Glendale Development Steering Group

We're working towards establishing a community organisation (sometime in the autumn, we hope) which will make sure that future development in Glendale is guided by the wishes of the community itself.

ON the 13th of January elections were held for trust members . Votes were counted and those elected will be contacted to see if they are willing to continue the good work started by the steering group.

Local businesses were well represented and included the Toy Museum ; the Glendale web designer ; Raven Press , Preserved ; Martronics ; GLAD ; Skye silks  ; Bowling Club ; Community Council members and Hall repesentatives amongst many others
The Ballot on the 13th has resulted in the following people being elected and willing to stand :-            Clare Grey
                       John Cross
                       Archie Campbell
                       Watson Laing 
                       Ewan Maclay
                       Liff Pederson
                and Dave Perry
 
79 ballot papers were returned , representing 47% of those delivered. A total of 465 votes were cast and 97 different individuals received
